Mittal Group is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating between site teams, consultants, vendors, and management. This role plays a key part in maintaining project timelines, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate between Civil, MEP, Architect & Structural teams
Track site progress and report to management
Prepare project schedules and MOM
Monitor material delivery and vendor timelines
Support RA bills and contractor billing process
Ensure work execution as per drawings and BOQ
Maintain project documentation and approvals

Required Skills

Strong coordination & communication skills
Knowledge of construction drawings & BOQ
MS Excel, MS Project & AutoCAD basics
Vendor management & follow-up skills

Qualification & Experience

Diploma / BE Civil or relevant qualification
5+ years of experience (Real Estate preferred)
