数字化架构师 Digital Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a self-driven, enthusiastic architect with proven technical expertise. The role focuses on end-to-end solution design, designing the organization’s middle platform and cross-system architecture, formulating and executing an architecture evolving roadmap, while adhering to industry best practices and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise throughout the entire lifecycle of digital solutions (from design to decommissioning).

1- End-to-End Solution Design

• Lead full-lifecycle end-to-end solution design, covering requirements analysis, technical feasibility assessment, architecture design, implementation oversight, testing validation, deployment support, and post-launch optimization.
• Ensure solutions align with the group’s reference architecture models, industry best practices, and meet performance, security, reliability, and scalability requirements.
• Coordinate cross-team resources to resolve technical bottlenecks in solution delivery and ensure on-time, high-quality implementation.

2- Architecture Evolving Roadmap

• Formulate long-term and phased architecture evolving roadmaps based on business development goals, technical strategy, and market trends.
• Break down roadmap milestones, define key deliverables and success metrics, and track implementation progress to ensure timely achievement of architecture evolution objectives.
• Continuously iterate and optimize the roadmap by integrating feedback from business changes, technical advancements, and project implementation outcomes.

3- Architecture Review & Documentation

• Define reference architectures, solution design standards, guiding principles. Ensure solutions comply with them.
• Organize architecture reviews with delivery teams to ensure architectural decisions are made at the right level.
• Ensure architectural solutions align with business objectives, technical strategy, and budget constraints while meeting core non-functional requirements (performance, security, reliability).
• Create and maintain clear, accessible, and up-to-date architecture documentation, including architecture designs, diagrams, design principles, patterns, and guidelines.

4- Collaboration and Communication

• Promote collaboration and effective communication among stakeholders, including business users, application owners, tech leads, business analysts, platform engineers, security teams, etc.
• Lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and present architectural concepts and decisions in a clear and accessible way.

5- Technology Watch

• Stay informed about emerging technologies, market trends, and industry developments.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to assess their potential benefits and impact on the organization’s architecture and make recommendations for adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or related majors.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related roles within large-scale organizations.
• Proven records of successfully designing, implementing and launching cloud-based distributed systems, microservices architectures, and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, with Sophisticated in adopting Domain Driven Design.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Ali Cloud & Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Good knowledge & practical experience in Elasticsearch, Redis, Kafka, Kubernetes, CI/CD, PostgreSQL, MySQL, cloud-based hosting, monitoring and alerting.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven record of tackling complex technical challenges.
• Speak and write in both English and Chinese
