Partnership (Healthcare Provider) Asst. Manager

Job Descriptions: Identify, prioritize, and manage partnership with various key healthcare providers and channels (hospitals, clinics, labs, and individual medical professionals) focusing on cashless services. Ensure healthy growth of managed revenue and availability competitiveness in the provider network. Establish and drive business expansion with healthcare providers including contract negotiation process and obtain signed agreements. Represent the company to corporate and insurance clients, apart from to the service providers Work closely with cross functional team to ensure on demand roll out to cashless provider Requirements: Min. Bachelor degree, Postgraduate degree will be a plus 3-5 years work experience in provider relation (insurance-TPA-broker) role, with minimum 1 year in manager role. Having experience handling healthcare providers will be an advantage. Proven experience in consistently exceeding quota/target Self-starter and result-driven, possesses balance between analytical and client facing skill Good communication skill in English, both written and oral Excellent presentation and negotiation skill
