Provider Corporate Care Supervisor

Job Description: 1. Responsible to Policy administration process including client maintenance, corporate maintenance and plan benefit maintenance as per policy term condition 2. Assist Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organization plans 3. Contribute to training and development of the team and organization as a whole 4. Responsible to Setting Policy, Enrolment member process and membership card personalization 5. Responsible to Prepare a regular report (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad hoc report 6. Responsible to Accountable an a daily operations to meet productivity or service standard as defined by management in line with department and/or division Requirements: 1. Bachelor's Degree in business administration /Insurance / TPA / or similar field 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Supervisor or similar role 3. Ability to work as part of a team 4. Understanding of customer service principles and practices 5. Proficiency in using MS Office 6. Strong problem-solving skills 7. Strong oral and written communication skills 8. Good time-management skills 9. Able to handle multiple tasks and work when needed.
