Finance Operations Supervisor

Job Responsibilities Supervise and oversee daily finance operations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial processes. Review and approve sales transaction records in the ERP system. Lead weekly/monthly monitoring and reconciliation activities with internal teams, laboratories, clinics, and external partners. Review partner payment documents and ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation standards. Monitor operational finance activities across multiple projects and provide guidance to team members when required. Identify, investigate, and follow up on financial discrepancies, including project overages, excess charges, and reconciliation issues. Ensure proper implementation and utilization of ERP systems such as Accurate and Oracle. Prepare finance reports, analysis, and recommendations for management decision-making. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to improve finance processes and operational efficiency. Lead, coach, and develop finance team members to achieve department objectives. Support workforce planning, onboarding coordination, and administrative processes related to doctors and operational personnel. Maintain and ensure the accuracy of master data and account information within internal systems. Job Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related functions. Prior experience leading, supervising, mentoring, or coordinating a team is highly preferred. Strong understanding of financial operations, reconciliation, payment processing, and financial controls. Experience using ERP systems such as Accurate, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team management capabilities. Fast learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. Willing to take ownership and drive continuous process improvements.
