Corporate Development Manager

Key Responsibilities Prepare and support monthly and quarterly financial and management reports for internal and external stakeholders, including materials for the Board of Commissioners (BOC) . Develop high-quality presentations and strategic decks for board meetings, management discussions, and corporate reporting. Assist in responding to ad-hoc requests from investors and stakeholders , including data analysis, financial reporting, and coordination with internal teams. Perform financial analysis, financial modeling, and investment analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making. Conduct business and market analysis to evaluate new business opportunities and corporate initiatives. Support evaluation of potential M&A opportunities , including preliminary financial modeling, valuation analysis, and coordination with internal teams or external advisors. Contribute to corporate strategy initiatives, business planning, and cross-functional strategic projects . Work closely with various departments to collect data, analyze performance, and support strategic recommendations. Support other corporate development, investment, and strategic projects as required. Requirements Strong understanding of f inancial reporting, financial analysis, and financial modeling . Experience in investment analysis, valuation, or M&A transactions is a strong advantage. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights. Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills , with experience preparing board-level or management-level materials . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills . Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset with strong sense of ownership and accountability.
