Product Marketing Manager (B2B)

Job Responsibilities: Support the development of data-driven marketing strategies to accelerate business growth. Execute marketing initiatives and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Provide actionable insights and analytical recommendations to support marketing strategy and execution. Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret market data, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify market opportunities. Analyze customer acquisition performance across marketing channels, including coupon and promotional campaign effectiveness, to identify opportunities for optimization and scalable growth. Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives through cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders. Monitor and analyze the customer conversion funnel across multiple touchpoints, as well as key leading and lagging business and marketing performance indicators. Collaborate closely with the Product team to provide customer insights that support product development, enhance product-market fit, and improve customer experience for target segments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, growth, or related roles. Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives. Strong analytical skills with familiarity with data analysis tools. Ability to translate data and product knowledge into clear, customer-focused messaging. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership.
