We are seeking a diligent and attentive janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderly condition of our facilities, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regularly clean and sanitize restrooms, office spaces, and common areas. Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.

Supplies Management

Restock necessary supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning products.

Minor Repairs

Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor plumbing fixes, and assisting with furniture or equipment setups.

Safety Compliance

Ensure that all areas comply with health and safety standards, identifying and addressing potential hazards.

Special Projects

Participate in special cleaning projects as required, such as deep cleaning or preparing spaces for events.

Reporting Issues

Promptly report any issues or repairs needed to management.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to use basic cleaning equipment and tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
