Retail Service Associate

Here’s the difference you’ll make You’ll serve as the frontline representative of 2GO, responsible for accurate and efficient transaction processing at designated retail outlets. This includes travel ticket booking and issuance, acceptance of documents, parcels, and cargo for delivery, as well as other related services offered at 2GO outlets. Through excellent customer service and precise execution, you’ll help ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. What you’ll do • Ensure accurate and proper execution of all transactions for identified retail services. • Implement retail-designated processes to maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning outlet (e.g., cleanliness standards, proper filing of records and reports, and correct display of marketing materials). • Deliver excellent customer service and perform selling and marketing activities as assigned. • Prepare, process, and complete required administrative tasks, including report preparation and submission, safekeeping and security of accepted packages, and handling of funds. • Provide regular and ad hoc reports and assist in business development initiatives, including planning and execution support. • Ensure accurate execution of all transactions for valued clients at all times.
