CAD Operator

Here’s the difference you’ll make You will p repare and create design, shop, and as-built drawings as required during the construction, survey, designing, tendering, etc., of projects in accordance with the requirements of the existing codes and the organization’s standards. What you’ll do Assist the team, clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications. Produce and interpret rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints. Construct 2D and 3D visual models of all propose , on-going and completed projects. Visit sites to gather, verify and/or validate information and determine limitations and feasibility of designs. Update software, drawings, and other documents. Remain professional when feedback is delivered and implementing any changes to drafts as soon as possible. Ensure drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles. Communicate potential design issues to engineers and architects. Conduct research when required . Perform other related job /duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time. You’ll thrive in this role if you Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology . At least 2 years of relevant work experience Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Technical Competencies License is advantage but not required . Knowledgeable in AutoCAD 2017 and above, Lumion, SketchUp and among others Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Has good work ethic and ability to accept feedback.
