Passage Terminal Operations Supervisor

Here’s the difference you’ll make 1. Develops process improvement and implements terminal operations processes and standards to ensure operational efficiency and passenger satisfaction. 2. Ensure completeness of passenger manifest and scanning of tickets for accurate revenue recognition. 3. Ensure Completeness of Remittance of Ancillary Revenue. 4. Leads the terminal operations team according to HR policies while ensuring that teams are trained and developed to execute plans and processes of terminal operations. 5. Manages coordination with Corporate Security Office and port or terminal operators to ensure the implementation of effective and efficient processes, covering passengers’ safety and security, and comfort. 6. Ensure management of operating costs, and accurate collection of ancillary passenger terminal charges in support of profitability targets of the company. 7. Manage the operating costs and project expenses according to business requirements and financial guidelines. 8. Other functions as may be required .
