What you’ll do Financial Analysis & Reporting Coordinate with various teams to perform complex financial analysis and prepare summary reports. Prepare reports related to operating results, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts for senior management. Create supporting documents and schedules for all financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Work with different departments to prepare recurring financial reporting packages. Compliance & Regulatory Reporting Monitor compliance with all reporting requirements. File quarterly forms in accordance with current regulations. Document new rules and changes in regulatory requirements. Process Documentation & Standardization Create and maintain documentation for financial report generation. Develop and implement internal financial controls to support the integration of closing processes and financial activities. Process Improvement & Project Support Contribute to project implementation activities. Support process efficiency initiatives. Assist in new business activities or expansions. You’ll Thrive In This Role If You… Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy ; CPA, MBA, or CMA credentials are preferred but not required Professional Experience Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, reporting, or FP&A. Are highly skilled in analyzing financial data and identifying trends or issues. Are resilient and able to work effectively under pressure.
