About The Role

Here’s the difference you’ll make As Facilities Coordinator you will support the team in all aspect, which encompasses of all facilities management service delivery and reports (for both internal and external), and service coordination of all related admin services. What you’ll do (your mission) Assist the FMD team to respond promptly, effectively, and competently, taking such action/s as needed or necessary to address and resolve all facility-related requ est Assist with the preparation, and presentation of facilities and project-related management reporting including status, performance, incident, cost, budget, service delivery and management reports. Assist with the preparation of budget estimation, tracking, and reporting of actuals and budgets. Assist the Team Members on monitoring project performance and progress status. Assist to prepare Purchase Requisition, and the like, support goods/service receipt and vendor payments process as needed. Remain professional when feedback is delivered, and implementing any changes to drafts reports as soon as possible. Assist on the compliance, safety and acceptable conditions of all facilities. Facilitate the project coordination meeting of end-user/supplier/service provider. Maintains records of FMD projects and facility-related meetings, documents, permits and among others. You’ll thrive in this role if you Educational Background Bachelor's Degree Architecture/Civil Engineering/Property Management Professional Experience 0 to 2 Years Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Leadership Competencies N/A Technical Competencies National Building Code, DOLE OSH Standards, Fire Code of the Philippines, Sanitation Code of the Philippines, Electrical Code of the Philippines.
