Operations Supervisor

Here’s the difference you’ll make You’ll ensure consistent operational excellence by establishing , guiding, and monitoring compliance with agreed quality standards across operations. What you’ll do Ensures execution of daily production plan by establishing priorities, monitoring hourly progress, revising schedules, and reporting results of the processing. Encodes and Updates transactions immediately upon receipt of e-copy/pod form Sends required billing attachment and pre alerts to branches Provides on time feedbacks on documentation inquiries to both external and internal customers Coordinates daily with the Courier Service Team, truckers and warehouse checkers on the completeness and accuracy of the documents received. Coordinates with shippers to resolve problematic transactions and Retrieves pods/bls required by internal and external customers Prepares RFA for the wrong encoding, wrong measurement and any approved changes of information of transactions as requested by clients if required . Prepare and maintain employee attendance records for analysis of manpower utilization as well as records of supplies consumption You’ll thrive in this role if you Educational Background Bachelor's Degree Graduate of any four year course preferably Logistic Management Any four year business course Professional Experience Newly Graduate or 1 yr experience in Logistics Industry Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Leadership Competencies Communication skills Attention to Details Problem Solving skills / critical thinking Technical Competencies Inventory Management Project Management Excel, Powerpoint , and Microsoft Word Literate What’s In It For You at 2GO?
