Transport Coordinator

Here’s the difference you’ll make The Transport Coordinator is responsible for providing accurate reports, proper documentation , answering internal and external customer inquiries in proper coordination with other Transport Coordinators and Operations Team. What you’ll do Updates orders to Deliver Booking/Monthly Sailing Schedule and forwards it to Operations Team, Customer Service Team and Principal. Handles inquiries from Internal and External customers and provide answers and solutions. Monitors outbound, inbound cargoes, pending cargoes and problematic cargoes. Checks and ensures accurateness of reports from Operations, Warehouse and fellow Transport Coordinators. Ensures on time submission of reports to Principals and Operations. Updates pull out report in coordination with returns Coordinator. Reserves trucks for inter-warehouse transfers. Coordinates with other Forwarders and Principals. Compiles Transport SOPs. Identifies , recommends and implements process enhancements if any. Ensures on time TMS (Transport Management System) planning are actually executed. Ensures on time submission of TUR (Truck Utilization Report). Ensures all claims related issues are properly reported and coordinated with Claims Team. Performs other tasks that may assigned by the superior from time to time . You’ll thrive in this role if you Educational Background Graduate of any 4 year course Professional Experience At least 6-12 months experience in Warehouse Operations and Transport – Related Activities Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Leadership Competencies Communication Skills Time Management Records Management Technical Competencies Knowledge in SAP system Analytical Skills System application and usage What’s In It For You at 2GO?
