Operations Manager

Here’s the difference you’ll make You’ll be responsible in generating, processing, and maintaining operations and technical related documents. Manages the daily activities of the Documentation Department, primary of which is the collation and submission of PODs to Finance for customer billing. The position is also responsible in analyzing container imbalance and generation of empty repositioning plan . Validation of billings from suppliers is also part of the duties of this position. What you’ll do (your mission) Establishes and implements POD handling process Develops initiatives to improve turn - around of documents Ensures on-time and accurate encoding of transaction details in the Daily Activity Repor t Optimizes equipment utilization and turn around by analyzing demand and supply imbalances and recommending the appropriate equipment steering plan Monitor equipment inventory by reviewing the daily equipment inventory reports Ensures completeness and timely submission of billing-related documents to Fina nce Collaborates with Sales, CIC, Operations, and Finance to ensure compliance with operational and documentary requirements set by customers Assists in the generation of claims-related documents Prepares and submit operational and management reports You’ll thrive in this role if you… Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business -related course, Operations Management or any related field Minimum of 5 years related work experience Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Leadership Competencies Leading Managing, Analyzing, and Presenting Data Innovation Technical Competencies Logistics /Supply Chain/Cold chain/Liquid Transport Computer Aptitude License / Certificate ISO/Six Sigma What’s in it for you Own work that matters.
