Corporate & Regulatory Counsel

Consults on the legal issues and implications of potential business decisions and initiatives, providing counsel on general business and legal issues. Possesses strong drafting skills, creating contracts, product forms, and other documents as appropriate to support business divisions and to address corporate policy/compliance issues. Works with a cross functional team to facilitate proactive and compliant performance of all company objectives. Provides legal advice, strategies, and solutions to all business functional areas, including Market Management, Marketing, Underwriting, Actuarial, Operations/IT, Finance, PS RS, Claims, and Human Resources. Other duties as assigned
