About The Role

  1. 负责模拟IP的设计，撰写详细设计文档；
  2. 与版图工程师沟通，指导版图设计。
  3. 2027届毕业，硕士及以上学历,微电子，电子类相关集成电路设计专业；
  4. 具有电子线路/模拟集成电路专业知识，具有半导体理论基础，熟悉模拟版图.能够指导版图设计；
  5. 熟悉模拟IC设计流程，掌握相关EDA工具(Composer/Spectre etc)；
  6. 有ADC/DAC/PLL/Serdes/Power等IP设计和实际流片经验更佳。
