Job Description

Any experience in implementing daily recreational, social, sensory, and leisure activities according to activity calendar is a plus!

• Adapt activities to meet individual support needs, communication styles, mobility levels, and behavioral considerations.
• Encourage resident participation using positive, respectful, and person‑centered approaches.
• Assist with community outings, ensuring safety, supervision, and meaningful engagement.
• Support residents in developing leisure skills, independence, and self‑expression.

Requirements

• Driver's license and ability to drive a resident bus
