Project Manager Engineer - Irving, TX

JOB SUMMARY The position is broadly responsible for the development and implementation of engineered industrial gas application solutions for customers in the Food Processing, Metals, Glass, Manufacturing, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Water Treatment and other industries, including: project management, design and engineering, estimating, planning, supervision of fabrication, installation, commissioning, and post installation support. Essential Functions Essential Function · Develop conceptual design, cost estimate , and project schedule · Perform necessary design and engineering of new projects, equipment and systems · Prepar e comprehensive technical proposals · Develop and maintain process and flow diagrams, P ID, assembly and detailed drawings, Bill of Materials, instrumentation lists , and equipment IOM Manuals · Develop purchase orders for equipment and fabrication services · Manage equipment fabrication and project budget · P erform factory and site checkout , QC, HAZOP, EMOC as required · Manag e and physically participat e in equipment and systems installation and startup · Providing post-installation troubleshooting and technical support Required for All Jobs • Performs other duties as assigned • Complies with all policies and standards
