Contract Product Design and Development Lead

Contract Product Design & Development Lead – Copenhagen, Denmark What You Will Be Responsible For Product ownership of the Ocean Contract portfolio, including Ocean Fixed, Seasonal, FFW, index‑linked and emerging contract products Defining and driving the Ocean Contract product strategy, aligned to the integrator vision Owning product playbooks, product definitions, and terms & conditions Building customer‑led value propositions using qualitative and quantitative insights Leading discovery and development in close collaboration with Platform, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Legal, Sales and CX Prioritising requirements and managing the product roadmap and lifecycle Owning go‑to‑market strategy and rollout of new products and features Managing financial performance and continuously improving product outcomes Maturing products at the right time — and sunsetting where appropriate Facilitating CPM leadership forums and representing Maersk on the NYSHEX governance board Key Accountabilities Product P&L for Ocean Contract Products Product outcomes, performance, and roadmap Product playbooks and catalogue definitions Clear articulation and delivery of customer value propositions Measures of Success Long‑term contract volume vs budget Revenue per FFE vs market benchmarks Product fit to standard Upgrade and value‑add performance Net Promoter Score (NPS) What We’re Looking For Strong Product Management expertise in complex, commercial or platform‑enabled products Solid Ocean / logistics domain understanding Proven experience in product discovery, optimisation, and lifecycle management Strong system thinking and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate effectively with senior leaders in a matrix environment Customer‑centric, insight‑driven, and execution‑oriented mindset Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
