Engineering Test Technician/Engineer

Test Technician Job Description: This is an entry-level engineering technician position that is available on the Corporate R D team. The individual will be responsible for test and measurement of devices, primarily for MACOM’s GaAs, GaN and Si based-technology, in support of technology development, application model development, and device design. On-the-job training and career growth opportunities will be provided. Specific Responsibilities: Characterize semiconductor devices and ICs from RF to millimeter wave – test including DC, pulsed IV, S-parameter, noise and large-signal to support modeling team, technology development and application support Analysis of test data Customize and develop test software to simplify and automate a wide of variety of electrical characterization
