Product Engineer Job Description: Interface with design groups on new product Introduction and design for manufacturability Continuously improve manufacturing test processes Liaise with foundry and packaging houses to ensure engineering and production targets are achieved Monitor and investigate any yield issues arising from any stage in the manufacturing and testing process Manage and design new class of package Support reliability team in new product qualification and failure analysis
