Ensure the pricing of all components is correctly entered into the system so that bookings can process all orders. Prepare and distribute price lists to enable the production of catalogues within the defined deadlines. Gather all pricing components required to calculate the prices of LuxairTours package products. Respond to any pricing irregularities by providing support to the Call Center regarding LuxairTours fares. Act as the main point of contact for LuxairTours guides, answering customer inquiries related to package pricing. Serve as the primary contact for the Customer Relations department regarding refund requests. Act as the key liaison with the Finance department for all matters related to supplier pricing. Enter all relevant components for staff bookings to enable the calculation of preferential rates offered to Luxair employees and travel agents.
