What You'll Do

As a Team Lead, you will

• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives selling Pi Commerce.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor calling productivity, demos, follow-ups, CRM hygiene, and conversions.
• Conduct regular call audits and provide coaching to improve team performance.
• Train team members on product knowledge, Meta Ads basics, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Help the team resolve merchant concerns related to pricing, advertising budgets, campaign performance, and lead quality.
• Maintain team dashboards and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Product, Training, Onboarding, and Support teams to ensure a seamless merchant experience.

• Worked with merchants such as restaurants, salons, clinics, retailers, real estate agencies, or local businesses.
