Associate Director - Construction Markets

Develop and execute a national strategy to grow the construction business across multiple industry sectors including industrial, energy, infrastructure, healthcare, semiconductor, manufacturing, and data centers You will build and maintain strong relationships with key EPC firms, engineering companies, contractors, and industrial owners to secure new business opportunities Lead and coordinate business development efforts across multiple geographic regions, collaborating with regional teams and cross-functional departments to deliver customer-focused solutions You are expected to represent the company at industry events, trade associations, and construction organizations to enhance market presence and identify new leads Drive alignment between regional sales organizations and national business objectives, supporting major project pursuits from identification through execution and startup You are going to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer investments to provide strategic insights and identify opportunities for growth and innovation Facilitate contract negotiations, strategic agreements, and project pursuit strategies to maximize business outcomes Support internal teams with customized supply solutions and coordinate executive-level customer engagements and presentations
