In this role, you will provide visible safety leadership across regional fill plants and distribution hubs, championing a strong culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence You will have full accountability for business performance, including P L ownership, with a focus on driving revenue growth, expanding margins, and delivering strong financial results The role oversees the entire commercial and operational lifecycle—from sales, pricing, and production to distribution, customer retention, and overall business execution You will lead strategies that accelerate volume growth, improve market share, and strengthen the competitive position of the business A key focus will be developing and executing a long-term growth roadmap, identifying opportunities for market expansion, new products, and strategic business investments You will play a leading role in evaluating and driving mergers and acquisitions, helping support the organization's growth objectives and market presence The position also drives business modernization initiatives, leveraging automation, digital solutions, and emerging technologies, including AI, to improve performance and efficiency As a senior leader, you will build and develop the next generation of leadership talent, strengthening organizational capability and succession planning across the region You will foster a high-performing, engaged culture by coaching leaders, developing talent, and creating an environment focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement The role has significant people leadership responsibility, supporting a large and diverse workforce while ensuring alignment with broader business goals and growth ambitions
