Continuous Improvement Process Engineer

Your primary responsibility will be to analyze production processes to identify and eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) You will solve complex problems through data and analysis, digging into the root causes of issues and developing practical, effective solutions Using your technical expertise, you will improve processes and systems, finding ways to make work simpler, more efficient, and more consistent You will create clear documentation and structure, enabling teams to follow processes with confidence and clarity You enjoy collaborating with cross‑functional teams, building alignment and driving change through strong communication and shared goals Further, you will lead improvement initiatives, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methods to achieve meaningful results You will bring organization and accountability to projects, planning work, anticipating risks, and ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track In addition, you will help teams adopt new practices, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure improvements stick over the long term You will deliver measurable business impact, focusing on improvements that generate clear performance gains and meaningful outcomes
