About The Role
You will use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet search tools, smartphones, tablets, and handheld data-entry devices Work 8–12 hour days outdoors in all weather conditions and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation unless scheduled off Travel daily throughout assigned territory, with occasional overnight travel required Safely operate a company service vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license Further, you will independently plan, prioritize, and manage daily and weekly workloads based on work orders, schedules, and customer needs Provide remote support coverage for Northern and Central Georgia, with a primary focus on the Greater Atlanta area Maintain professional communication with customers, sales representatives, contractors, management, and internal teams Follow written and verbal instructions, company policies, safety procedures, and maintenance standards And you will read and interpret drawings, schematics, P IDs, and materials-of-construction documentation Troubleshoot, inspect, maintain, and repair cryogenic systems, including pumps, refrigeration equipment, and leak repairs You will perform pipefitting, system installation, and electrical troubleshooting activities Service and diagnose regulators, solenoids, check valves, manual and automatic valves, pressure relief devices, and rupture discs And you will complete required technical training and certification programs at the company’s National Training Center Support and promote a strong safety culture while working collaboratively as part of a team
