Production Technician

You will work 12-hour rotating shifts in a 24/7/365 operating environment Start up and shut down equipment and processes, as well to monitor and adjust equipment and plant process operating parameters Further, you will perform valve line-ups accurately and safely Prepare equipment for maintenance activities, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Safely issue and manage permits for maintenance work And you will exercise sound judgment to operate the facility safely, reliably, and efficiently Assist with procedure development and train new employees Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers as needed Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes Recognize when issues require escalation to more experienced specialists Maintain a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence Demonstrate initiative, dependability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
