Maintenance Planner / Scheduler

You will develop comprehensive maintenance work packages including labor and resource requirements, cost and duration estimates, materials, parts, tools, technical documentation, safety requirements, MOC documentation, and QA/QC needs Manage procurement activities including requisitions, purchase orders, material reservations, vendor bidding processes, third-party service coordination, and material kitting to support maintenance execution Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams to prioritize, plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities, ensuring equipment availability and efficient resource utilization Partner with maintenance leadership to manage workforce loading, maintenance backlog, and planning support for turnarounds and major maintenance events Further, you will facilitate daily and weekly planning meetings and support preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and performance Maintain the accuracy and integrity of CMMS/EAM data, including work orders, equipment BOMs, master data, maintenance records, and backlog management And you will review, analyze, and report maintenance KPIs to identify trends, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Consolidate maintenance notifications and work activities into optimized work packages to maximize efficiency, resource utilization, and execution effectiveness
