Fall 2026 R&D Co-op – Equipment Development

In this role you will report to the Global F B Applications– Food and Beverage Applications Technology Team You will play a key role in supporting all the local regions with support for existing food beverage equipment and designing new equipment to meet market needs Under the guidance of your manager, you will be assigned to a project where you will partner with other engineers, technicians and / or operations leaders to move projects forward You will utilize a variety of plant equipment and assess data to make process recommendations During your internship experience, you will complete training on safety, process and equipment You will have an opportunity to present your findings to a cross functional leadership team Act as a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
