Associate Director – Technology & Application Engineering

In this role you will partner with customers, R D and business leaders to bring new applications to market across global aviation, energy and industrial sectors You will lead engineering managers and teams across our Global Coating Services Americas division, ensuring alignment and consistency with site business leaders Further you will evaluate new opportunities and aligns teams on optimal solutions Additionally you will develop standardized processes and manage new product introduction with clear ownership, timelines and customer focus Drive implementation of new technologies in partnership with R D while resolving process issues and improving productivity Share best practices across sites and oversees projects, with up to 30–50% domestic and some international travel required
