Field Service Technician

You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot air separation plants at customer sites In this role, you will serve as the primary technician responsible for assigned plant locations and diagnose and resolve equipment and process issues independently Perform routine maintenance and calibration on compressors (centrifugal and reciprocating), gas analyzers, electrical control systems, and pneumatic control valves Further, you will monitor plant performance and implement actions to maintain or improve efficiency Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Manage daily work schedules, maintenance activities, and operational priorities You will coordinate internal teams and external contractors for maintenance, repairs, and audits And you will maintain accurate operational logs, maintenance records, and compliance documentation Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership regarding plant status and issues Support multiple locations as needed, including occasional travel outside assigned area Also you will assist with onboarding and training of new technicians when required
