Driver Trainer

The role focuses on managing training activities across an assigned territory, including onboarding new drivers, refresher sessions, and ongoing skills development A big part of the day-to-day is working directly with drivers—doing coaching sessions, ride-alongs, and road evaluations to reinforce safe driving habits It also involves keeping an eye on driver performance and behaviors, and identifying opportunities for improvement Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for training, evaluations, and compliance is an important part of the role There’s a strong level of independence, with a focus on prioritizing safety and ensuring consistent standards across the territory Collaboration is key as well—partnering with local managers, and providing guidance and support around driver performance and development
