Maintenance Technician

You will operate a wide variety of hand, power, and precision tools to perform mechanical maintenance tasks Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment by isolating faults, disassembling components, and repairing or replacing parts (e.g., bearings, gears, structural components) Execute preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure reliability and optimal performance of equipment and systems Further, you will safely inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain rotating equipment—including compressors, pumps, fans, blowers, cooling towers, boiler systems, and valves—and perform equipment alignment as required. Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability and accuracy You will support Maintenance Turnaround (TAR) planning and execution, including documentation and follow-ups Assist in predictive maintenance programs (vibration analysis, oil analysis, etc.) And you will apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to equipment failures and collaborate with reliability teams on corrective actions Accurately document maintenance activities (corrective predictive) in CMMS systems
