Production Supervisor

In this role, you will lead a production team to meet customer demands and coordinate daily production and distribution, including local and long-distance shipments You’ll ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations while keeping your team fully trained and engaged Monitoring production and workforce levels will be key to maintaining efficiency, and you’ll work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operations and handovers, wWhen issues arise, you’ll lead improvements in processes, schedules, and training, reporting progress to management You’ll also manage inventory levels, handle quality concerns, support continuous improvement projects like Lean and 5S, and take care of routine personnel matters such as coaching and training Please note, this position is for the evening shift, Monday to Friday, from 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m
