Sustainability Development Manager

You will lead the execution of sustainability strategy for U.S. HyCO assets (hydrogen, CO, CO2) and use it to drive business growth Advise customers and internal teams across the full project lifecycle, from early discussions through contracting, execution, and operations Identify and develop new market segments that include strong sustainability drivers Further, you will engage with government and public stakeholders to stay ahead of regulatory changes and incentive opportunities And you will identify and advise on low-carbon and biogenic feedstock sourcing strategies Oversee the certification and compliance processes for low carbon and renewable hydrogen, carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS), and other relevant sustainability frameworks. Represent Linde as the sustainability lead with customers and support commercial negotiations and proposals You will partner with internal teams (regions, product management, tax, project execution, operations, and corporate sustainability) to align strategy, track incentives, and support decarbonization efforts
