HR Head Cluster Austria, Hungary and Serbia (m/f/d)

In this role you will act as senior HR Partner to develop and implement people strategy and execution plans that drive business growth and cultural transformation across multiple countries You will serve as a strategic member of the Cluster Management Team, providing HR leadership aligned with business objectives by leading cross-functional and cross-country HR initiatives, coordinating efforts and ensuring relevance across the cluster Moreover, you will drive organizational culture change as a trusted advisor and change agent across diverse legal and cultural settings Leveraging people analytics to inform strategic decisions, monitor workforce trends, and measure HR initiative impact will be part of your tasks Under your responsibility will be also designing and deploying cluster-wide people strategies aligned with regional and local business needs using data-driven insights and counseling management on organizational development as well as leading interventions supported by workforce analytics Additionally, you will represent the organization in labor negotiations and ensure compliance with employment laws and equal opportunity programs Further, you will lead recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and succession planning processes to build a strong leadership pipeline In this position you will drive performance management, employee engagement, and development programs using analytics to measure effectiveness You will define and harmonize HR policies, processes, and practices across countries, ensuring legal compliance and business alignment Managing compensation, benefits, and pensions schemes tailored to local markets within approved budgets is also required in this role as well as overseeing HR budgeting, workforce planning, reporting, and system enhancements to support operational excellence
