As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities: - Keep tracking of the project status, ensure on-time execution and collect frontline feedback - Assist with regular project analysis - Assist scaling strategic operations - Manage creator tasks (online/offline) and webinar workflows (registration, follow-up, summaries). - Lead best-case sharing and community Q&A - Analyze creator tasks, activities, and webinars (performance review, result quantification). - Identify gaps vs. targets, gather frontline insights (e.g., reasons for declining live durations). - Facilitate cross-team alignment (strategy, operations, influencer management) - Support with celebrity influencer BD Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field. - Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
