About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and socially savvy intern to join our LIVE Campaign Operations team. You will support the end-to-end management of livestream creator campaigns, from creative ideation and setup to performance tracking and optimization. This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, enjoys working with creators, and is passionate about the creator's economy.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 4 month long internship period.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations: Assist in resolving various issues encountered by creators during the LIVE process, by addressing day-to-day challenges, including operational hurdles, trust & safety concerns etc
  • Training and Education: Assist in developing and localizing educational materials for creators ensuring they are well-versed in operational guidelines, trust & safety policies, and platform features.
  • Campaign Operations: Support in planning, localizing and executing campaigns to help enable seamless campaign operations and summarizing campaign results for future improvements
  • Operational Processes: Collect and analyze operational challenges faced by Creator Managers in their daily workflows and organize this feedback to identify opportunities for improvement to increase operational efficiency
  • Project Support: Be able to support the execution of a broad range of projects, from in person events to online initiatives.
  • Community Management: To support designing communication strategies and effective ways to engage a broad LIVE creator community. This will include having direct contact either in a scaled approach or 1:1 interaction with LIVE creator

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Data-related fields preferred)
  • Social media savvy with strong interest in live-streaming and the creator economy with a strong sense of internet trends and online culture
  • Data-sensitive with basic analytical capabilities and logical thinking
  • Understanding of fundamental internet operation methodologies (user growth funnel, retention logic, campaign lifecycle, etc.)
  • Familiar with platforms such as TikTok and other short-form or livestream ecosystems
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with creators
