About the team

The Home & Electronics cluster team manages businesses within the broader Home & Living categories. The team is responsible for identifying, acquiring and growing emerging merchants as well as creating long-term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop. The team manages hundreds of accounts across various verticals: kitchenware, home decor & supplies, furnishing, sports & outdoors, toys & hobbies etc. The Home & Living team is set for growth with continuous commitment to merchants and customer experience. This role is based in our London office.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities

  • Support seller education and strategy development to help sellers achieve early success on TikTok Shop via data analysis and seller collaboration
  • Research and qualify top brands and merchants for onboarding.
  • Support outreach efforts as a Sales Development Representative engaging with potential partners.
  • Assist in pipeline management, lead tracking, and CRM updates to drive growth.
  • Help prepare pitch decks, outreach materials, and performance reports that shape brand success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • University students in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Communications, or related fields. Graduating 2026 or beyond.
  • Basic analytical skills: proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, data visualisation).
  • Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms in the UK market.

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign operations from coursework, personal projects, or previous internships.

  • Background in business development, account management, or consulting is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to propose data-backed campaign improvements.
  • Strong execution skills: ability to handle multiple tasks, coordinate stakeholders, communication with brands, and ensure smooth campaign operations.
  • Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
