Our team plays an integral role in building a good reputation for TikTok LIVE, and forms an essential part of a connected and growing team in a global function. We are looking for talented individuals to join us at TikTok UK for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities

  • Build amplification plans that promote the positive impact of TikTok LIVE by highlighting core socio-economic impact narratives.
  • Discover brand-positive creators across priority themes and in support of seasonal tentpole moments, conduct research/interviews, and amplify their journeys on the platform.
  • Work with internal stakeholders across UK Live Operations, Press Relations, Marketing to drive plans for creator promotions/pitches etc.
  • Support Live Operations in designing and configuring in-app campaigns, specifically those involving education/STEM-related content.
  • Document these stories, and promote them and key learnings to internal audiences through case studies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current students in the penultimate or final year of their degree, with a major in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
  • Basic understanding and sense of the TikTok live streaming ecosystem
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English, with a knack for storytelling
  • Detail-oriented, and comfortable around numbers
  • Able to commit to working for 8 weeks in early 2026
  • Oral and written fluency in French. Our team works with stakeholders from France, Europe and and globally and will be required to communicate effectively with them

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with social media content content (preferrably live streaming)
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
