Qualifications

Diploma / BE Mechanical

Responsibilities

1. Familiar with reactor maintenance and associated equipment's such as valves, pumps,scrubbers,heat exchangers, actuators and electro pneumatic systems. Grasim Paintabe to manage the shift independently and guide fellow team members.
2. Person should have hands on experience in dealing with reactors, Twin shaft dispensers (TSD), vessels, mixtures and pigging systems.
3. person should have role model in demonstrating in following safety procedures before taking equipment for maintenance and handing over equipment after maintenance / PM activity.

4.Person exposed to internal audits such Quality, safety and energy management audits apart from ISO.

1. Person should have exposure to ABB DCS 800 X environment or similar DCS.

6.Setting up effective PM / Pd.M. plan in place and adhered to timelines and achieving higher plant reliability through vibration and thermography techniques.

1. Having good exposure Handle breakdown of equipment like centrifugal blowers, pumps, screw pumps, Gear Box. Alignment of blower and pumps.
2. Belt, bearing and seals replacement and setting up lubrication plan such as Oiling, greasing as per equipment manufactures specification. Able to identify the Oil and Grease Grade for Proper application.
3. Carry out preventive maintenance of agitators, Rotex pneumatic control valve, diaphragm pump.

10.Familiar with in maintenance of Screw feeders and powder conveying System. 11. Having Experience of Pneumatic System - Like Repairing Of Cylinder's and Replacement Work. 12. Having Experience in Trouble shooting of Hoist / Crane.
