Job description –

Shipment Management

Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, and track delivery statuses.

Inventory Control

Monitor stock levels, verify packing slips against actual deliveries, and update inventory databases.

Transport Coordination

Work directly with transport providers and suppliers to schedule deliveries,and resolve delays.

Issue Resolution

Troubleshoot delivery discrepancies, track lost cargo, and handle customer queries regarding shipment issues.

Documentation

Maintain accurate digital databases (Excel), log logistics performance metrics, and process paperwork for Vehicle in transit.
