Maintenance Senior Engineer

Location: Sambhaji Nagar

Qualifications: BE / Diploma

Experience - 5+ / 7+ Yrs.

Responsibilities

Experience in handling maintenance of automobile manufacturing plant preferably Body / Weld Shop.

1. Hands on Experience and Good Knowledge Maintenance of Body / Weld shop maintenance along with ABB & Kawasaki make weld robot.

• 2.Maintenance & Trouble shooting of Mitsubishi/Messung PLC , controllers/AC Drives.
• 3.Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR and Uptime

1. Able to do Teaching and Programming ABB Robots as per Maintenance requirement.
2. Able to do the PLC program Modification as per Maintenance requirement.
3. Electrical maintenance and fault finding of Body shop maintenance (Weld Gun, Automation, Conveyor etc.).
4. Able to handle team for Maintenance performance
5. Team Lead, Communication, presentation
