Key Responsibilities

Technical Recruitment & Assessment

Identify, screen, and assess candidates for engineering roles in the FM industry.

Conduct

• technical interviews
• and evaluate candidates’ knowledge of FM systems, maintenance, and operations.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.

Facilities Management (FM) Expertise

• Assess candidates’ expertise in
• preventive & corrective maintenance

• Ensure recruitment aligns with
• FM industry standards and compliance requirements

• Evaluate candidates for roles such as

Facility Engineers, Maintenance Managers, and Technical Supervisors

Training & Onboarding

• Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they meet technical and operational standards.
• Support the development of

• for newly recruited FM professionals.

Process Improvement & Talent Pipeline

• Develop and maintain a
• database of skilled FM candidates
• for future hiring needs.
• Work with HR to enhance the

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
• 2+ years of experience in the Technical FM industry
• , with a strong understanding of engineering roles.

Experience in

• technical recruitment, hiring processes, and candidate assessment
• .

Knowledge of

• HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance systems

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
