Capital Project Manager

Chicago | Milwaukee | Madison We're looking for someone who can build projects, lead people, and solve problems. This is not a traditional project management role. You'll oversee renovations and capital improvement projects across a portfolio of premier health clubs and sports facilities while partnering with club leadership to keep operations running smoothly throughout construction. We're seeking a unique combination of skills: ✔ Project management ✔ Construction leadership ✔ Stakeholder communication ✔ Field problem solving ✔ Coordination of self-performing trades Our ideal candidate may have started as a carpenter, electrician, foreman, superintendent, facilities manager, or construction manager before moving into project leadership. You'll work directly with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal construction teams while helping shape facilities that serve thousands of members every day.
