DevOps Systems Administrator

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Administer and maintain application platforms and supporting infrastructure
• Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability across global sites
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Automate deployments, patching, and configuration management
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions
• Coordinate releases, updates, and environment promotions
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Drive incident response and root cause analysis
• Enforce security, governance, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and manufacturing teams

**KPI:**

• System uptime and availability
• Deployment success rate
• Incident response and resolution time
• Automation coverage
• Change failure rate

**REQUIREMENTS:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in system administration, DevOps, or platform engineering
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation
• Knowledge of IIS, Windows Server, and/or Linux administration
• Experience with APIs, databases, and integrations
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and SDLC
• Experience with MES and ERP platforms is a plus
