About The Role

  1. 负责基于飞腾、瑞芯微等国产芯片平台，开展轻量化LLM开发工作。
  2. 负责研制AI工具自动分析解决内存异常、死锁问题。
  3. 编写研制方案、技术文档、测试报告等。
  4. 本科及以上学历，电子信息、计算机、自动化等相关专业。
  5. 熟悉 C/ Python / C++ / Rust 之一，了解 PyTorch。
  6. 熟代码能力强，代码品味好，擅长与 Code Agent 合作。
  7. 对细节有较高关注，对性能优化有较高热情。
  8. 具备良好文档撰写、沟通协作能力，工作严谨负责，抗压性良好。
